_{The Fix}

Congress jokes about the Y2K problem's origin, politicians spending tax payers billions on their friend's technology. Impeaching a U.S. president by Default is 2008. The people don't know what is good for them. As a dictator I will face the problems facing this country, so I easily figured out a "Y2k" fix good as any. But politicians lie and mislead the people and use the peoples tax money needlessly by fraud most the time, and subvert the national security with their treaties and economic policies against the job security of any American citizens! 

I have here one of the ways possible for correcting the "Y2K" problem, concerning a year 2000 date vs. a 00 through 99 computer date perception of time changed, in the software of computers for the transition into new centuries, that will have to pick up all over again another linked business year as usual for all of the electronics around, for a space economy the American people need home based military power in a ethnic cleansing so American people can take all of their choices of homes and things confiscated from the aliens and then dividing up all of the wealth to be taken from the aliens in America, so U.S. citizen gets their enemies booty to be distributed among Americans with claim to it, after replacing the present government with mine, through a social upheaval taking the wealth confiscated collected together into warehouses of food and other products to stockpile the greater spoils of victory, while property is reclaimed by Americans and the population in America is thinned out to only Americans. By violent change in America, with me as the people's Third Party. I will form a Volunteer labor party socioeconomic government out of white people, in all of the Territories around the world, where White's will be paid in gold and silver at work for their wages, for every available Citizen of the United States, and every of kin, Citizen of any other countries Confederated together under my dictatorial leadership, with a more factual religion on Earth, and polls of The Majority to determine what I do as The Leader. 

There is no need to scrap "embedded" computer chips, data storing chips that read the date in two digits, they are fine, and if anyone took any of them out of anything I would have them put right back in, unless all of the electronics are changed to some other way.

I don't have to be a geek, with any computer savvy, to know that "Y2K" is all a conspiracy. 

Lets do the best we can with the Y2K situation and simply make the new millennium on all of the computer equipment updated first of all with everything electronic serving the U.S. armed forces made to read on all of their military information time setting equipment a 01/01/@0 for the year 2000 (01/01/00), without any need for "adding" a second to 2000. 

After 1900 computer memory, since it is half alive and a creature of habit anyway, which has been continuously coming up with @ all the time to mean that information is somehow different beginning there, ending of any 24hr 99 year century susceptible to using @ and a new date comes up on New Years Eve 1999 computers are sure to conceive of an @ to really mean that the date 2000 is anything but 1900, when 01/01/@0 is actually the year 2000 that immediately follows 1900 still has New Year with another 24 hours of year 2000. 

However, if on the same line beside every "date and time" in the lower right hand corner of every Web page is expressed in so many days hours and seconds of a countdown to the year 2000, with "@0" at the end of 01/01/@0, the computers and their computer chips will all recognize 2000 as the date 01/01/@0 when the century 1900 ends at the year 2000, computers will all know the new date 01/01/@0 is the year 2000 and time will keep ticking. 

When 01/01/00 is reached for the "countdown" mo/dy/yr hours and minutes, below to "2000=01/01/@0" the prefix countdown "mo/dy/yr hours and minutes to" should eliminate itself, the old time system stops counting and the new date "2000=01/01/@0" to the right of it begins counting seconds of the year in 2000. Electronics presently run by the double digit computer system continue on working as usual anyway, counting time in double digits. 

My Y2K "Fix" would work only if everything time dated on computers ends the year 1999 at:

to 2000=01/01/@0
